Por una "Licencia de verano para el Entretenimiento en vivo/Música" disponible para todos los locales desde Junio a Septiembre (de 8 de la tarde a 12 de la noche) en España.
Una gran cantidad de bares y otro tipo de locales están viendo cómo se recortan sus ingresos por no disponer de una licencia para música en vivo.
Se les está multando y por lo tanto tienen que cerrar. Los artistas están perdiendo trabajo y los beneficios por ingresos turísticos están sufriendo una drástica pérdida debido a la falta de entretenimiento en vivo en la zona.
Los turistas vacacionales y los residentes necesitan tener la oportunidad de poder pasar sus ratos de ocio y gastar su dinero en un local bien con música en vivo, música ambiente o sin música. Muchos bares no pueden ofrecer entretenimiento en vivo debido a problemas financieros o restricciones por las proporciones del local. Nos gustaría que los ingresos que llegan a esta zona se quedasen aquí y fuesen invertidos en nuestros negocios locales (de todo tipo), y no se esfumasen hacias otras áreas donde existe entretenimiento en vivo, como Benidorm y otras zonas destinadas al ocio turístico.
"Propuesta de "Licencia de verano para el Entretenimiento en vivo/Música"
Proponemos que se cree una licencia especial en España para todos los locales y que se pueda aplicar desde el ayuntamiento o consejo local. Esta licencia aprobaría dicha música dentro de dichas instalaciones desde las 8 de la tarde hasta las 12 de la noche desde el día 1 de Junio hasta el 30 de Septiembre. Los locales (incluyendo cafeterías y bares) necesitarían tener una licencia de apertura al corriente, seguros al día para público y empleados, certificado de riesgos por incendio al corriente, una correcta y legal contratación de los trabajadores y por supuesto que el dueño tuviese la licencia de autónomo en orden para poder acogerse a ella.
La idea es que esta licencia cubra la música que suene tanto en el interior como en el exterior de las instalaciones. Debido a las altas temperaturas en España durante esos meses, la gente prefiere sentarse fuera. También proponemos que los poseedores de la licencia deban contar en su haber con más de una queja para recibir la visita oficial de la policía (refiriéndonos a, por supuesto, una visita con intención de multa). los decibelios permitidos podrían también aumentar en referencia al resto del año durante estos meses hasta alcanzar un nivel más realista acorde con el disfrute.
Todos los aspectos de la industria de la restauración y sus servicios están perdiendo dinero diariamente. El número de los residentes inscritos ha descendido, puesto que vuelven a sus países de origen. Algunos porque sus negocios han quebrado y hay muy pocos empleos disponibles. Con menor ingreso de los residentes, los ayuntamientos han tenido que cortar el presupuestos para las necesidades de ocio básicas. Esto causa más desagrado de los residentes, que deciden abandonar la zona.
El ciclo puede ser un círculo vicioso y termina por hacer de las zonas que antes eran concurridas, ciudades fantasma a una rapidez abrumadora. El mercado inmobiliario también ha decrecido con los años, puesto que los residentes venden sus casas para poder marcharse. El país está perdiendo empresarios con experiencia, talento y ganas que proveen de servicios y nuevos ingresos a la economía española.
Una "Licencia de verano para el Entretenimiento en vivo/Música" incluso a nivel experimental podría devolver el tan necesitado turismo a las zonas que lo han sufrido las bajas, y dar una nueva fuente de ingreso a todos los negocios en los que se aplique. Nos encantaría que todas las áreas de España pudiesen volver a ser consideradas zonas de ocio con calidad en Europa, con turistas y residentes apreciando por igual todo lo que el ocio en España tiene que ofrecer.
Por qué deberías firmar.
Necesitamos que firmes y apoyes esta petición para que podamos volver a darle un soplo de vida a las zonas que solían ser vivas, divertidas y con muchas propuestas de entretenimiento. A día de hoy, en muchas de estas zonas está limitado o ni siquiera existen, y esto ha provocado que muchos visitantes que antes llegaban a disfrutar de modo regular hayan decidido dejar de hacerlo. Muchas personas no pueden costearse ver espectáculos en vivo en sus propios países, pero en esta región en particular, tenemos muchísimos espectáculos y shows con calidad, artistas a los que les gustaría seguir teniendo la oportunidad de actuar en locales sin el miedo de ser interrumpidos en mitad del show, o ver sus espectáculos cancelados porque la documentación de la sala no es correcta. Esta licencia podría solucionar estos problemas, cubriendo la temporada en la que los visitantes vienen a disfrutar de sus vacaciones en España y cuando más necesidad hay de disfrutar de este tipo de entretenimiento.
La posibilidad de tener música a los decibelios permitidos entre las 8 de la tarde y las 12 de la noche sólo se le estimaría correcta a los locales con dicha licencia (incluídos bares y cafeterías). El crecimiento potencial de las áreas vacacionales también se vería agrandado, puesto que tendríamos muchos más clientes frecuentando los locales. También se crearían más puestos de trabajo en todos los sectores haciendo la estancia de los visitantes más agradable y entretenida, y la posibilidad de que vuelvan es mucho mayor que la que tendríamos si no disfrutan de sus tan esperadas vacaciones.
Estamos acostumbrados a abrir los domingos en temporada alta. Esta licencia debería permitir el entretenimiento acorde con estos días en los que hay más afluencia de visitantes que además quieren gastar su dinero en ocio. El entretenimiento en vivo es una de las atracciones de vivir en una zona. Poder pasear hasta tu bar local y ver en directo tu música favorita, tocada en vivo por un músico y con la atmósfera que eso crea es lo que deseamos. Esto no puede compararse a un CD sonando, perderíamos la interacción que crea la música en directo.
Esperamos que la "Licencia de verano para el Entretenimiento en vivo/Música"pueda darles a todos los empresarios y demás personas en la industria de servicios la ayuda que necesitan para atraer a nuevos visitantes a sus zonas, y alienten y aumenten el beneficio para todos.

Make a "Summer Live Entertainment/Music Licence" Available for All Venues During June to September from 8pm - 12am in Spain
Currently trade is being lost by bars and other venues that do not have a "live music licence". They are being fined and closed. Entertainers are losing work and the tourist trade is suffering due to the lack of live entertainment in the immediate area. Holiday makers and residents need the choice of whether to spend their money in a venue that has live music, ambient music or none at all. The choice is not there at the moment for many bars to offer live entertainment due to financial and size restrictions of their premises. We would like the money that comes into our area to stay here and be spent with our local businesses (of all types) and not to go to areas where live entertainment is freely available, such as Benidorm, or other hotel based holiday centres.
“Summer Live Entertainment/ Music Licence” Proposal
We propose that a special free licence is made available in Spain for all venues and that can be applied for from the local council or government. This licence would allow live music to be played within the premises from the hours of 8pm – 12.00am from June 1st until September 30th. The bars (including bar/cafeterias) would need to have a current opening licence, public and employee insurance, fire extinguisher certificate, all staff should have contracts and the owner self employment registered (Autonomo) to qualify.
We would like this licence to cover music played both inside and outside of the premises. Owing to the high temperatures in Spain during those months many people like to sit outside. We also propose that holders of these legitimately licensed premises would need to have more than one public complaint to have attendance from local police. Permitted decibel levels could also be raised during this time to a more realistic level.
All aspects of the hospitality industry and its services are losing money on a daily basis. The number of registered residents has declined, as they are returning to their own countries. Some because their businesses have been failing and there are very few jobs available. With less income from residents, the councils then have to cut back on their budget for essential amenities. This causes more discontent from residents, who may then decide to leave the area. The cycle can be a vicious one and result in areas becoming virtual ghost towns very quickly. The housing market has also declined over the years. With those that are leaving practically giving their properties away in an effort to leave. The country is losing qualified, talented, self employed people who provide services that bring revenue and cash flow into the Spanish economy.
A trial “Summer Live Entertainment/ Music Licence” has the potential to bring much needed tourism back into the area which has declined, and give a surge of trade to all the businesses in these areas. We would like all areas of Spain to return to being a top holiday destination in Europe, with tourists and residents alike appreciating all that it has to offer.
Why you should sign
We need you to sign and show your support for this petition, so that we can start breathing more life back into areas that used to be vibrant and fun places to live, work and visit. The licence would be beneficial to all of Spain by giving people the choice of local entertainment. At present, in a lot of areas the options are limited - or non-existent, and this has caused many regular visitors to stop coming altogether. We would like to bring back the reason that people live and holiday here, (besides the weather) and that is having a good time. Many people can’t afford to see live acts on a regular basis in their own countries, but in this country we have many top talented acts that would like the opportunity to perform in venues without the fear of being stopped in the middle of a performance, or cancelled because the right paperwork from the venue isn't available. This licence would address the issue, covering the season when most visitors come to holiday in Spain and when there is the most need for live entertainment.
This licence would only allow appropriately licensed premises (including bar cafeterias) to have music set at a reasonable sound level from 8pm – 12pm
The growth potential for holiday areas is also there, as more customers frequent the establishments. Also more jobs will be created in all sectors. By making visitor’s stays more enjoyable, the likelihood of them returning is far higher than if they were disappointed with their long awaited holiday. We are used to having Sunday opening, during the high season. This licence should bring entertainment in line with that ethos - that businesses need the ability to take advantage of the time when there are more people who want to spend their money. Live entertainment is one of the attractions of living in an area. To be able to walk to your local bar and see your favourite music played by a real person and with the atmosphere that creates. This cannot be compared to background CDs for the personal interaction that live music creates.
We hope that the Summer Live Entertainment/Music Licence will give all business owners and everyone in the service industry the help to attract new visitors and business into the areas which are suffering, and to encourage repeat business for everyone.
